We shared relevant analysis scripts with original authors, hoping to ensure as much as possible that our computations aligned with original reports; we are thankful for the feedback we received. All functions used to derive entropy estimates from pre-processed data have been compiled into the “Copenhagen Brain Entropy Toolbox” (CopBET), a Matlab-based toolbox that can be found here: https://github.com/anders-s-olsen/CopBET.
