Data Availability
We created a public interactive website for data visualization of (1) gene expression levels in DCs and MPs with differential expression analysis results, (2) cell-type dependent eQTLs, (3) all eQTLs found in each cell-type. Current address: https://dcmpregulation.shinyapps.io/main/ (it will be hosted in a different domain soon). We will make the gene expression and meta data matrices available in GEO, and raw RNA-seq data available in dbGaP.
