Data from the PDHS 2017-18 used for this study are available at the DHS website and could be downloaded upon a reasonable request and clear rationale and objectives from the DHS website by a registered user. The ethical approval for conducting the survey was obtained by the ICF International Institutional Review Board (IRB) and the Ethical Review Board of Pakistan Health Research Council before the outset of the survey. An informed verbal and written consent was obtained from all participants prior to the interview. No identity identifier was used in the survey respecting the privacy and confidentiality of participants.
