MTPpilot: an interactive software for visualization of NGS results in molecular tumor boards

Data Availability

MTPpilot database was build using publicly available data from the Ensembl database version 105, PDB (as retrieved on the 11-Jan-2021), gnomAD (af-only-gnomad.raw.sites.vcf from GATK best practise Google cloud repository), TCGA (as retrieved on 17-Jul-2021), ClinVar (retrieved on 10-Jan-2022), the ARUP Database (as retrieved on 04-Jan-2022), KEGG database (retrieved on 19-Mar-2019), tumorfusions.org (as retrieved on 13-Aug-2021) and ConSurf (computed with UniProt data retrieved on 29-Dec-2020).
