The national datasets used in this research contain personal identifiable information which was used to link test results and are not available to the public. Aggregated positive test numbers are published daily on the UK coronavirus dashboard (https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/) and UKHSA publishes data on numbers of possible reinfections in the National flu and COVID-19 surveillance reports (https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/national-flu-and-covid-19-surveillance-reports-2021-to-2022-season).
