Spring 2020 dataset has been published in Brauner et al.: "The effectiveness of eight nonpharmaceutical interventions against COVID-19 in 41 countries". Fall-winter 2020 dataset has been published in Sharma et al.: "Understanding the effectiveness of government interventions in Europes second wave of COVID-19".
