Data Availability
The data analyzed in this manuscript, including the NPI scores per state, all code developed to generate time series graphs, lag graphs, and spline models as well as a collection of many pdfs and screenshots of the raw data sources organized by state are available on Github at https://github.com/Lakdawala-Lab/PHIGHTCOVID_StNPI_Publ2021. Case data for time series plots was obtained every other month from March 2020 to April of 2021 from the COVID-19 Data Repository by the Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) at Johns Hopkins University, available on Github at https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19 (17).
