Participant-level data will not be made available to the public; only aggregate results will be shared. The following documents will be provided and made available depending on availability to qualified researchers: Protocol, survey questionnaire, Statistical Methods, Final results presentation. Requests should be directed to results{at}evidation.com to gain access to other data.
