Data Availability
In this study, we performed a secondary analysis using datasets from the NHANES of 2001-2002 and 2003-2004. Data was gathered through interviews, physical and laboratory exams, and both waves have been reviewed and approved by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention National Center for Health Statistics Research (NCHS) Ethics Review Board. All included participants provided a written informed consent.
