The line list data from El Salvador are not publicly available because they are nationally-owned data therefore the authors do not have the permission to host them but are available from authors upon reasonable request and with permission of the Ministry of Health, El Salvador (MINSAL). Rc estimates for time-only model and code to generate them are available from GitHub.
