Ethical consent to make the data associated with this study available was not sought from participants. In addition, due to the low number of COVID-19 cases in Australia at the time data collection took place, making this data publicly available would potentially compromise the anonymity of those participants who reported that they themselves, or their friends or family, had been diagnosed with COVID-19.
