Data Availability
This project received ethics approval from Western University Research Ethics Board (REB) We did not seek consent to publicly share anonymised interview transcripts. REB approval does not extend to publicly sharing data beyond the research team who meet the criteria for access to personal data. The ERB approved Letter of Information provided to respondents, and which was the basis of their consent to participate, stated, "By consenting to participate in this study, you are agreeing that your data can be used by the research team for new research purposes (e.g., to answer a new research question). That future research may be in collaboration with other researchers." Researchers interested in such collaboration should contact the corresponding author.
