Raw data used for producing this report are not available because they were collected by a Public Health Authority as public health surveillance and not research as defined by (45 CFR 46.102(l)(2)). The small cohort makes protecting confidentiality particularly important from an ethical standpoint. However, we believe publishing these findings, without making the data available, will promote more effective protection and promotion of public health.
