Data Availability

Data cannot be shared publicly as it contains personal health information such as diagnoses and demographics and personal identified information such as video recordings of the participants' faces. They cannot be used or shared beyond the scope of this study due to the protection of patient confidentiality and the ethical restrictions imposed by Emory Institutional Review Board. Data are available from the Emory IRB (contact via zifanjiang{at}gatech.edu) for researchers who meet the criteria for access to confidential data.
