Qualitative data are not available for sharing when participants consented to participate in the study, they did not consent to access transcripts or data beyond what is reported within this report. The dataset for the quantitative portion of this study is held securely in coded form at ICES and PopData BC. While legal data sharing agreements between these data stewards and data providers prohibit ICES and PopData BC from making the dataset publicly available, access may be granted to those who meet pre-specified criteria for confidential access. Readers are welcome to contact the research team for further information.
