Data Availability

The RNAseq transcriptomic and WGS genetic data of GTEx V8 are publicly available from dbGAP (phs000424.v8.p2) and the GTEx portal website (https://gtexportal.org/home/). The summary-level GWAS data of AD dementia were generated by Wightman D.P. et. al. by meta-analysis excluding 23andMe samples, which are publicly available at https://ctg.cncr.nl/software/summary_statistics.
