REVISION SUMMARY
The most significant change in this version is the addition of uninfected individuals to the paper and a comparison of infected and vaccinated individuals to never infected individuals in terms of reporting symptoms. We also clarified limitations of the data regarding the sequence of events between infection and vaccination. We removed figure 1A because of the potential for misinterpretation since vaccination status at the time of infection is not known and individuals classified as vaccinated were not necessarily vaccinated at the time of infection. Finally we corrected minor issues and mistakes.
