All data except for the Healthjump data produced in the present study are available upon reasonable request to the authors. Restrictions apply to the availability of the Healthjump data, which were used under license by the COVID-19 Research Database consortium for the current study, and so are not publicly available. Healthjump data are available with permission of the COVID-19 Research Database consortium.
