Data Availability
Questionnaires and study goals were made available upon request using the Open Science Foundation platform in July 2020 and made public at https://osf.io/m7zuw/ in August 2020. Qualitative data generated and analysed during the study will not be made publicly available due to ethical and privacy restrictions, however researchers can submit a research proposal to the Data Sharing Management Committee to request access and collaboration. We will either make our datafile associated with each publication available on an opensource platform, following peer review and publication or 12 months after the completion of a follow-up timepoint.
