Expression data from CBCS is available on NCBI GEO with accession number GSE148426. CBCS genotype datasets analyzed in this study are not publicly available as many CBCS patients are still being followed and accordingly CBCS data is considered sensitive; the data is available from M.A.T upon reasonable request.
