Data Availability
Data will be made available on reasonable, methodologically sound request as soon as possible to achieve the aims of the approved proposal. Available data includes individual participant data that underlies the results reported in this article after its deidentification, data dictionary and the analytical code. Data will be available at least 3 months after, and ending 5 years following article publication. Proposals should be directed at sandra.muemken{at}charite.de or joern.kiselev{at}charite.de
