Data Availability
United States county COVID-19 case data was collected from The New York Times. University enrollment data was collected from the Homeland Infrastructure Foundation. University population estimates were collected from Texas Tech University (TTU). Community population estimates and COVID-19 cases were collected from the U.S. Census and the Lubbock COVID-19 Dashboard, respectively. COVID-19 TTU dashboards provided the university's case numbers.
