Tracking Closely Related Enteric Bacteria at High Resolution in Fecal Samples of Premature Infants Using a Novel rRNA Amplicon

Data Availability

StrainID amplicon reads from each fecal sample and each Klebsiella isolate were uploaded to the NCBI BioProject database, with each sample as an indiv`idual file with the appropriate filename. All files were processed to remove contaminating Delftia reads. Annotated whole genome assemblies for K. oxytoca isolates were submitted to the NCBI BioProject database under BioProject accession number PRJNA608440. StrainID amplicon data for this study is deposited under BioProjects PRJNA663638 and PRJNA663575. The accession numbers for the reads are SRR12647577-SRR12647615 and SRR12692773-SRR12692775.
