Data Availability
All data underlying this article will be shared on reasonable request to the corresponding author. For the duration of retention of records, each participants health records and measurements are held by following the guidelines of the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and Health Professional Council of Namibia (HPCNA). All hard copy records are stored in a safe place with electronic copies uploaded to online cloud storage, safeguarded by a password. All records and measurements are stored for a period of not less than six years and only the principle researcher has access to these records. Indirect identifiers (numbers) replaced all obvious identifiers (example name and surname) of participants in the main data set to retain confidentiality. A separate data set known as the Key holds the indirect identifiers with the obvious identifiers.
