Data Availability

All the primary data needed to evaluate the conclusions in the paper are currently stored in a secure and protected server at the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research, and are not publicly available in order to comply with data protection regulations in Germany, and to preserve the privacy of study participants. Replication data and R/Stata code for all our findings will be made available in the future once the appropriate privacy measures have been implemented to avoid identification of individuals in the microdata.
