Data Availability
All data and materials are fully available without restriction. Data and Software from this study are available in the Zenodo repository below. This includes modified U.S. state and sub-division boundary files [in KML format], as well as the geographic coordinates and dose values (World Geodetic System [WGS] 1984) which define each HPAC and geostatistical-derived plume for all scenarios described. The programs include custom scripts used to preprocess the data for use with ArcMap GIS software.
