The Agency provides information to the public in line with requirements of the Freedom of Information Act. In addition, organisations and individuals can apply for Yellow Card data for research purposes. Applications include provision of a protocol and will be considered by the UK Commission of Human Medicine's (CHM) Pharmacovigilance Expert Advisory Group.
