Long-read sequencing reveals the RNA isoform repertoire of neuropsychiatric risk genes in human brain

All raw nanopore long-read data (fastq) generated for each of the genes reported in this manuscript will be uploaded to The European Genome-Phenome Archive (EGA) upon publication. Isoform GTFs and counts tables from IsoLamp analysis are available upon request.
