The CHMS data are not publicly available. It is against the Statistics Act of Canada to release the CHMS data. The collection of the CHMS data has been approved by the ethics committee within the governments of Canada. The CHMS data have been de-identified and maintained by Statistics Canada. The data can be accessed through the Research Data Centres administered by Statistics Canada.
