Data Availability

The demographic and geographic data that support the findings of this study are publicly available from the Geography program of the U.S. Census Bureau, the American Community Survey of the U.S. Census Bureau. The hospitalization data are not available publicly but can be obtained from the State Inpatient Database upon signing a data use agreement with the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.
