Data Availability
The individual-level data cannot be shared because it contains sensitive information and its distribution would violate the agreement under which the data was provided as well as Danish law. The computing code for all parts of the data cleaning, analysis, and plotting is publicly available from the first author's Github repository: https://github.com/eiset/ARCH. This repository also contains all the exploratory plots produced.
