Data Availability
Daily incidence of positive COVID-19 test reports and the results of the mass testing are available through governmental websites and included in the code repository. All analyses were conducted in R and can be found at www.github.com/sbfnk/covid19.slovakia.mass.testing (data analyses) and https://github.com/kevinvzandvoort/covid_svk (simulation model).
