NDVI data is extracted from NASA Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer, which was calculated on Google Earth Engine. 6. Socioeconomic and demographic data is extracted from a dataset of the US Census Bureau. 8. Healthcare and testing data is extracted from the CDC dataset. 9. Pre-existing chronic disease data is extracted from the CDC dataset. 10. Policy and regulation data is extracted from GitHub, CDC dataset, The National Governors Association dataset. 11. Behavioral factor data is extracted from the dataset of Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) (County Health Rankings and Roadmaps) 12. Environmental factors data is extracted from the dataset of the National Land Cover Database (NLCD), US Census Bureau, and USGS National, Transportation Dataset (NTD) Airports, etc.
